Reva Prakash has lived and breathed this motto all her life. Her passion for her work has seen her rise through the corporate echelons at Bayer India. She then moved on to a global French MNC, Lafarge India as Country Head HR and later took on the role of HR Advisor (Asia). A Science graduate, Reva’s analytical mind wanted to explore the hows and whys of human behavior driving her to pursue a career in Human Resources. She received her Masters in HRD from NMIMS, topping the Mumbai University. The following decades saw her get associated with names like NMIMS, Mafatlal Consultancy, Bombay Dyeing. Her experience spans across verticals like Chemicals, Pharma, Consumer Products, Banking, Financial Services, Energy, Industrial Oils and so on. She has also worked with Non-Profit Organizations. In 2012, Reva went ahead and founded Verité HR Consultants based out of Mumbai which she heads as Principal Consultant and CEO. Verité’s forte is to bring in innovative and easy to implement HR practices with special focus on Organization Development, Talent Management, Career & Succession Planning and Coaching & Mentoring.
