Reva Prakash was associated with Lafarge India as Sr Vice President HR for over a decade, and subsequently for a brief period continued as their HR Adviser for Asia. As she would like to take her expertise in HR to the next level to diversify her bouquet of industry segments, she has set up her own HR Consultancy organisation. Reva is a renowned figure in the HR industry and has over 30 years of rich, professional experience across manufacturing and service sectors. At Lafarge, Reva has played a strategic role as an HR business partner in India and outside of India.
I have known Reva for more than 5 years. I have found Reva to be very passionate about people, HR, and more specifically on mentoring and coaching senior leaders. She is an extremely hands on person who gets into details on the underlying business, which is what I feel enables her to understand the nuances of what makes a business tick and the role of people - which in turn enables her, I feel, to be an effective HR person as well as a coach to senior leaders.
